RELEASE DESCRIPTION:

Galestian's "A Warm Place" is a 3-track EP created from a place of hope and optimism, standing as a mirror to reflect our own inner wisdom to navigate life's many unknowns.

"A Warm Place" is an original vocal production, inspired by the desert sunrises of Nevada's Burning Man event. The song encourages us to expand beyond the limitations of the mind and to be unhindered in sharing our innate gifts with the world.

"Inner Child" continues the journey with the scattered laughter of Galestian's eldest nephew, sampled when he was only two years old. It reminds us to pay attention to our own inner child, and to regularly engage in that which brings joy to us and to those around us.

"Silver Lining" spurs us to find the underlying lesson and blessing that comes from difficult or otherwise unpleasant situations in life. It is a mystical journey featuring ethnic instrumentation from around the world, layered with analog synths and ethereal chants. It was inspired by Galestian's travels through the jungles of Bali, the landscapes of Vietnam, and the mountains of the Caucasus.

With this EP, Galestian hopes to infuse a renewed energy into the world, releasing us from the constrictions of fear that mark our times, into the expansiveness of love, compassion, and courage which brings us all together.
